Taco Soup

Finally, add chicken, corn kernels, and cream and simmer for another 15 minutes until the chowder thickens. Finish each bowl with a bit of crumbled bacon and chopped green onions.

Broccoli Cheese Soup
Easy to make and full of cheesy goodness, broccoli cheese soup will become a favorite. First, melt a whole stick of butter in a pot and sauté onions for several minutes. Then, sprinkle some flour over them and stir for a minute while it cooks. Next, add milk, half and half, and a sprinkle of nutmeg. In addition, you’ll add broccoli and salt and pepper. Now, simmer that mixture for 30 minutes before adding your favorite shredded cheese. To finish the soup, you can use a potato masher to mash the broccoli or transfer the soup and puree it in a blender. Or, just leave it as-is and dig in!
